A freezing cold, windy, rainy day...... AND I DID MY REPS!!!!!
How happy am i baby!
13.20min w/u jog, stretches,
then:
4 x 30m skip
4 x 30m heel to bum
(didn't do sideway step)
4 x 60m strides
then ladder reps:
200m- 46.97
400m-1.42.64
600m-2.41.06
800m-3.45.23
800m-3.46.48
600m-2.48.02 HR 172 (only time i looked)
400m-1.47.40
200m-47.52

Recovery:
1 min walk, then 1 min jog with all except 800's, which were 3min standing.

Then finished with 5min c/d jog. (footy training started and i was feeling a little intimidated by the 10year olds :-(

My motivation has obviously returned as i managed to get todays session done even thought the weather was absolutely crappy!
I am extremely pleased with myself, even though times weren't that great.
I finally got the job done.
Time 54.09mins (excluding drills)
MHR 174-91%, Av 148-77%
Had 2 red bulls and a double shot of coffee this morn. ;-)

Tonight i am off to the pool for prob no more than an hour to get some tips from a friend.
Water intake has been good and i haven't eaten any chocky in 2 days! (OMG)

Don't think i will get on the bike tonight... legs are a little worn out from reps.
Wooooooooo Hoooooooooooooooooooo

Well done Crissy, I hope there was lots of lower leg stretching and some icing of the legs too...

Wow how much cafeine does one person need, 2 Bulls and 2 coffees (yes thats what a double shot is), thats 3-4 days worth for me, dehydration here I come.

No chocolate for 2 days......try a couple of months! Don't worry, we all have vices, I had a hamburger on Sunday.

Like the others have said, well done! To do a session like that on your own and in such crappy weather is very impressive!

Have you ever tried Gold Kiwi Fruit? They are so sweet they are keeping me off lollies at the moment.
