Tues 11 July, Gym, Swim & Bike

Got up a little earlier to do 30mins on Bike. Was a nice kick start to the day.
Finished work then headed off to the gym. Did approx 40mins of weights and core. Then finished up with 25mins of swimming.
Now, i am about to jump on the bike for 30mins while watching tv.
I don't think i am doing to much as the bike is a good alternative.
Anyway, short and sweet tonight.
