Sun, 23 July- Long 9.5km+-

Picked up K from her place and drove to Mornington Pier. Left just after noon. We started off at a very easy pace. Able to chat for quite a while. Arrived at turn around point in 33mins. We then picked up the pace a little (not as much chatter going on) and pushed a tad more prob 1.5km from finish.
Finished right on 64mins.
Max HR 165-86%, Av 150-79%
Was a very enjoyable run. The sunshine was fantastic, no breeze, not cold and lots of people about, to make you realise just how beautiful today was.
Oh... and not one bit of shin pain. It seems that the 'bike track' is the major cause.
I think tmw i will do either 8 or 10. If 10, then the bike track will be included. I will let my legs dictate as to how fresh they will be feeling.

k and i drove the course for next Sundays 'Mornington Bay Run'. Argh! bloody hilly. Will be good training for C2S. Thats about it!
