Sat, 22 July- Easy 6km+-, Bike Track

Just after 11:30am, headed out for the bike track. Was a great sunny day, yet again, and planned on a nice enjoyable run.
Not long into it, i had the shin pain start. It pretty much lasted the whole way. So i kept the pace very easy.
Finished in 38.06mins.
Max HR 159-83%, 151-79%
The reason for the short distance is cos of the lack of consistancy. Also, i will be doing the long run with K tomorrow. Planning on doing 10k around mornington area.
Bit of a roller coaster lately with the motivation. I would really like to enjoy running again... like i used to. So the plan is to get through the next 2 fun runs and then take it easy. ie no more structure. Run when it's convenient and distance will be decided on the day. My free time is now more limited also. And prob a few more runs with the old bag in Mt Martha.
Sounds nice and carefree doesn't it. Ahhh... i can feel the tension fading away already.

    Running with direction or structure....I bet that will last for a very short time.


    Well done for getting out there today, it was a very pleasant winters day. Make sure you do loads of calf stretching!
