Mon 29 Jan-07, Stoney Pier 6.5km
Hows that heading! yes, i went for a leasurely jog down to Stoney Point Pier and back.
I had enough signs telling me to get back out there.
Nearly every w/e i travel down to the rye area and see so many runners about. I also had my brother down who wanted to go for a run with me. I explained that i hadn't run in many weeks and thought my break had gone on too long.
So last night i had a little flick on a few peoples blogs and finished on Em's. That girl truley is amazing. Needless to say i made the decision last night that Monday was the day i would throw my leg back over the old horse and get back out there.
I left just after 2pm. I went very very easy. Although i was actually puffing a tad. My pace stayed constant and i didn't seem to have any troubles. I was really pleased with myself once i arrived back home.
42.31mins., (prob around 5 mins slower than my best)
Max 164-86%, 154-81%
So today i am pleased to enter some km's onto my monthly tally.
Hopefully on Sunday i will have a few more to add.
