Fri 18 Aug, Nuns Walk- 10k

As my memory is normally pretty crappy.... there will be quite a few holes in my very neglected blog. Hmm.... scratching head. K can correct me if i am wrong with any of this, but here goes...
Left Mornington park at (?time) and headed out in a nice easy pace. We were feeling pretty comfy and decided to speed things up a little. We had a ripper time for the 6-7km (i think) and actually hammered it home too.
Finished in (?time)
No HRM today as we used K's gizmo instead.

we both had a fantastic run today. One that gave a super high. (haven't had one of them in a while)... well, not since C2S. hehe.

If i get motivated, i will pinch the stats off K's blog for you to glance over.
